Taylor Marine's highly specialised Deep Sea Service Coordination Centre specialises in the supply, installation and service to the merchant and commercial shipping fleets around Australia.
Our Service Coordination Centre with its team of Service Coordinators and Technical/ Service Managers is based at our modern facility in Henderson, Western Australia. Here we carry a comprehensive range of IMO navigation and communications equipment and spare parts to back up our highly qualified and experienced Service Engineers.
Australia's remote location and vast distances between ports has led us to adopt the FASK (Fly-Away Spares Kit) principal. We have invested heavily in FASK's with numerous kits available for common requests like radar, gyro, radio and satellite terminals. In addition to this we have also invested heavily in technical training to ensure that our Service Engineers are prepared to meet all technical challenges.
Under Quality Assurance Management and certified with by the governing standards of ISO:9001/2015 Taylor Marine's Deep Sea Sales & Service Division is a leading service provider to major shipping companies from around the world.
Taylor Marine Deep Sea Service Dept. is certified to carry out Radio Surveys (GMDSS Radio, AIS and EPIRB) as well as VDR / SVDR APT for all major Class Societies (DNV-GL, BV, NK, Lloyds Register, RINA ABS).

Fly-Away Spares Kits
Our certified Service Technicians have access to Fly-Away Service Kits for all major brands and IMO equipment that we support. These kits comprise critical spare parts specifically selected to ensure that technicians have the correct service parts on board the vessel when attending a service. Be sure to inquire about SBM agreements to ensure that your service inquiry secures priority service.
Shore Based Maintenance Agreement (SBM)
Includes the SBM certificate and ensures GMDSS station compliance according to IMO’s SOLAS GMDSS regulations and secured priority services.
